This home is truly remarkable. We are absolutely bursting with pride as it relates to sharing our home with you. This pride is not spawned from any source of false vanity; it simply reflects our personal joy when sharing this iconic home with you...in a way that compliments—and hopefully extends—that deep human connection for which this incredible home is known.

We cannot lay any claim to the astonishing style, historic value, or incredible workmanship which permeates every aspect of the Edenfield House. The home's history is described under the "About Us" menu tab and is it that history, coupled with these photographs, which really tell the "story" of the Edenfield House.
The Edenfield House is steeped in Southern style and comfort. Original wood trim, 12 foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and gorgeous gilded mirrors all take you back to a "Gone with the Wind" place in time. There are a total of nine bedrooms, all with private baths; five of the nine bedrooms are on the first floor. Bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures and marble floors and counters.

The home sits on over an acre of beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens, only 7 blocks from Patriot's Square in the heart of downtown Swainsboro.
